Kyiv to host EU-Ukraine summit
The 19th bilateral summit between the European Union and Ukraine will take place in Kyiv from 12-13 July. The completion of the ratification of the Association Agreement, the recent entry into force of the visa liberalisation for Ukrainian citizens, EU assistance to the country in 2017, as well as the progress of the Ukrainian reform are among the topics on the summit’s agenda.
The parties will also discuss crisis and conflict-related matters, as well as regional and foreign policy issues.
According to the EU, the summit will be an opportunity to reaffirm the strong partnership between the EU and Ukraine.
